Booking your Trade Stand or Exhibition space couldn’t be easier.  

All Application Forms are available for download from 1st April. We can also email them to you or send them in post upon request to the Show Secretary –  (Don’t delay as the spaces are filled quickly), return them to us either by email or post to our Show Secretary with SAE. 

Once your application has been received it will be reviewed and processed and payment will be required.  Closing date for all Trade Stands is 1st July .  A few weeks before the show date we will decide where to place everyone with as much consideration to all as possible.  Where Stands are alllocated is entirely at the Committee’s discretion and dependant upon space required and the location of other similar trades. Our Show Secretary will then send you your Exhibitors information in the post.  Setting up for the Show will commence the day before. Instructions and access to the Show Field will be included in your Exhibitors Information pack. Any queries please contact the Show Secretary directly.

Trade Stands – Space Only by the Metre (frontage) £16 per Metre .

Art & Craft MarqueeMarquee now full. Any further applications received will be placed on a waiting list and we will contact you if a space becomes available. We provide a Marquee large enough for up to 25 Stalls.  We provide one table per 2m of space with 1 chair (4m = 2 tables and 2 chairs)  £15 per metre.

Food Marquee – We provide a Marquee large enough for 10 – 12 Stalls – Tables as per Art & Craft Marquee.  £50 for a 2 Metre Space (minimum table space 2M)

Hot Food Catering – Space Only on Show Field – £135 per Catering Unit

Catering Unit – Space on Show Field – £300 per unit.

Livestock Entries

2024 brings us right up to date with our Equine Entries – We are going ONLINE – It couldn’t be easier to enter all of our Equine Classes simply by following the link.  We are still offering postal entries if you find the Online Entries a bit scary! Just contact our Equine Secretary, Lucy Roast who will be happy to help.  We hope to add the Sheep, Dog and Industrial Sections for 2025.
Our Agricultural and Industrial Schedules are both available for Download, should you require one in the post simply contact the Secretary appropriate to that Section.  All Entry Forms are also available for Download.
